Description

Load jemalloc library dynamically.
Do not link with the jemalloc library explicitly,
but load it dynamically (using dlopen()).

Ref: #891
Ref: #894

Blocked by the issue: jemalloc/jemalloc#1237 (rebuilding jemalloc from sources is required)
